Politico, Black Reporter Suspended After Controversial Tweets About Mitt Romney
Politico White House correspondent at Joe Williams was suspended late Thursday night after sending controversial tweets and suggesting during a television interview that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is more comfortable around white people than other racial groups.
The video clip of that interview is embedded above. Williams’ Twitter account, @jdub321, has since been made private, but screenshots of some of his tweets can be seen above.
