Seems to me that unauthorized use of a computer should be a misdemeanor, if anything, rather than a felony. A lot of overkill here. Also, it should be a State infraction rather than a Federal one as the Dept. of Education is under the States auspices. If they had infiltrated the Dept. of Health, Education and Welfare, then it would have been Federal. Definitely overkill. Which means another Obama cover-up. Perhaps this one can be the one that undoes him however. A trial would bring out the details of the “break-in” and the reasons behind it as well as who was the power behind it. I don’t see it as just a bored State employee wanting to take a peek out of curiosity. It will prove whether or not Obama attended college under the name of Barry Soetoro and received aid as a foreign student. Going to trial, I have no doubt that that tidy bit of information will be kept hush-hush but I also believe that whoever these people are, they have the answers and if they are forced to do time or pay a huge fine they will certainly make it worth their while by selling said information to the highest bidder. Thats what I would do if I was cornered over something so simple and stupid as a cover-up over Obamas college records when all he has to do is release them and put an end to all of this nonsense. He won’t because He knows he is an illegal, ineligible President and everyone around him stays in constant damage control. That kind of tense atmosphere will have to explode at some point as it is unsustainable. Maybe this is the point.

Then again, maybe not.
