Obama: Show proof of health insurance but not citizenship

So just to be clear, it’s constitutional to penalize someone for not showing proof of health insurance but not request proof of citizenship????

Now you understand … see that wasn’t hard.

The man can run the country and force us to do anything without showing any thing with as much information as a drivers license, but we have to open all for him.
