Obama is now known as the Innumerate President. He seems to have no grasp of arithmetic. No quantity can fall more than 100%. From 3 to 0? 100%. From 10,000 to 0? 100%.

Just ask any investor .

Is he as dumb as he thinks we are?

The other quip, “she upped her deductible to the minimum, the highest possible deductible…”

He seems to have difficulty with quantities. This may explain why he is so nonchalant about the country’s 9% unemployment rate. And why he’s not all that worried about the trilllion-plus deficits.
