Al-Qaida link (Nigeria Muslim) in failed plane attack
A Northwest Airlines passenger from Nigeria, who said he was acting on al-Qaida’s instructions, tried to blow up the plane Friday as it was landing in Detroit, law enforcement and national security officials said.Passengers subdued the man and may have prevented him from detonating the explosives, the officials said.
“We believe this was an attempted act of terrorism,” a White House official said.
Federal officials imposed stricter screening measures after the incident.
Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., ranking GOP member of the House Homeland Security Committee, identified the suspect as Abdul Mudallad, a Nigerian. King said the flight began in Nigeria and went through Amsterdam en route to Detroit. There were 278 passengers aboard the Airbus 330.
There was nothing out of the ordinary until the flight was on final approach to Detroit, said Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Elizabeth Isham Cory. That is when the pilot declared an emergency and landed without incident shortly thereafter, Cory said in an e-mail message. The plane landed at 11:51 a.m. EST.
One of the U.S. intelligence officials said the explosive device was a mix of powder and liquid. It failed when the passenger tried to detonate it.

too much terror, don’t you think so? –please, stop!
BUT HOW?:
- every plane will allow only really trust American citizen people on board
- EVEN the trust ones which are though terrorists have to - stay unmoved over the whole flight time - UNMOVED! And just more secure all the eyes around them steering against them in order not to move - any move must be judge as a terror act and act against them as just for annihilate a very criminal act;
- the most terror people have to be pointed among the ones who generated panic until now - no matter what race they have or believe they seem to have; the people thought to be terrorists must obey to the pre judge of people - “for the people safe” - until the plane will reach safely the land on the destination - after the plan has landed, no apologies required - all the measures were totally for a safely flight for the all passengers as well for the as called possible terrorists - no people will be excepted from doubt - kid, female, male, disabled, white, yellow, black, human or animal all are to be treated as potential terror spread sources;
- whoever has been qualified terrorist, even by mistake, has just to put the all effort to present the facto “he was considered terrorist” to his or her terrorist clans and to pu` `pu pu pu pu pu puuuuuuu…. as well` the next time to avoid being considered as terrorists - if the next time will still be considered as terrorists, they will go AGAIN and AGAIN`, AGAIN and AGAIN and so and so… to their clans and pray next time not to be considered as terrorists - if still they will be considered terrorists that means: THE PEOPLE ARE RIGHT – that must be clear! THE PEOPLE ARE RIGHT - THE PEOPLE ARE RIGHT AND FILL NOT SAFE IN PRESENCE OF POSSIBLE TERORISTS - the ones considered possible terrorists just MUST FINNALY STAY OUT OF THE AIRPLANE so the flight to be…, at least, more secure.
`-` LOOK in the EYES OF YOUR NAIGHBOR - DO YOU TRUST THEM AS A SAFE NAIGHBOR – it is fine – else he is a possible terrorist – make sure he / she will be placed in the right place – or you will be placed there, or worse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
