9 Subtitle C—National Medical
10 Device Registry
11 SEC. 2521. NATIONAL MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRY.
12 (a) REGISTRY.—
13 (1) IN GENERAL.—Section 519 of the Federal
14 Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360i) is
15 amended—
16 (A) by redesignating subsection (g) as sub-
17 section (h); and
18 (B) by inserting after subsection (f) the
19 following:
20 ‘‘National Medical Device Registry
21 ‘‘(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national med-
22 ical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the
23 ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and
24 outcomes data on each device that—
25 ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and

1 ‘‘(B) is—
2 ‘‘(i) a class III device; or
3 ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable,
4 life-supporting, or life-sustaining.
5 ‘‘(2) In developing the registry, the Secretary shall,
6 in consultation with the Commissioner of Food and Drugs,
7 the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
8 Services, the head of the Office of the National Coordi-
9 nator for Health Information Technology, and the Sec-
10 retary of Veterans Affairs, determine the best methods 11 for—
12 ‘‘(A) including in the registry, in a manner con-
13 sistent with subsection (f), appropriate information
14 to identify each device described in paragraph (1) by
15 type, model, and serial number or other unique iden-
16 tifier;

You’re being intellectually dishonest…and you know it. I’ve read the bill…the meaning of the passages you reference are not what you insinuate, but you know that. Mark of the Beast? People are dying, filing bankruptcy, and going without beneficial treatment all in the name of MONEY.

You do not care to have an honest discussion about healthcare, you only want to scare people to keep the status quo. But guess what? This system is so broken and one sided, that it’s coming to the point where anything is better…and that’s the insurance/drug industry’s fault. Stop blaming people who only want to make sure every single American citizen has access to basic comprehensive healthcare at an affordable rate that won’t deny them if they get ill.
Where is your credentials sir? Where to you get the right to have an respectable opinion on this matter? What are you doing to help the millions of people who don’t have access to system, which only confuses those lucky enough to gain entrance. Stop lying…it’s not helping. People are dying and you’re using your time to kill any chance we have to reform healthcare. Sit down sir, if you’re not going to be part of the solution, then kindly butt out. You services are useless to saving this industry and in turn the health of a country I love so much. I am not surprised that Obama’s healthcare plan includes the Microchip implant policy. Americans have yet to see and realize that everything Obama is doing is for governmental control. For instance, job creation. Obama in my opinion is purposely allowing the loss of jobs in order to make Americans who are unemployed, who can’t pay their mortgage, their bills or purchase food items to become more dependent on him and government for their livelihood. This microchip plan falls right into Obama’s plans to control all that we say or do. When the day comes, when all will be required to have this microchip that will be the day that America has indeed fallen. Anyone who does not have this microchip will not be allowed to buy food, medication or any other basic daily need. I would suspect that Obama would use the illegal immigration issue as a means to get everyone tagged so to speak. This also falls into the (Mark of the Beast) Bible Prophecy as well.
