Michigan unemployment hits 12.6%
Unemployment rose in 46 states and Washington, D.C., in March, with Michigan leading the way at 12.6%, the government said Friday.The most dramatic increase was in Oregon, which went from 10.7% to 12.1% - the second-highest among the states.
