Congresswoman calls tea parties ‘despicable’ and ’shameful’…(Barf Alert)

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) blasted “tea party” protests yesterday, labeling the activities “despicable” and shameful.”

“The ‘tea parties’ being held today by groups of right-wing activists, and fueled by FOX News Channel, are an effort to mislead the public about the Obama economic plan that cuts taxes for 95 percent of Americans and creates 3.5 million jobs,” Schakowsky said in a statement.

“It’s despicable that right-wing Republicans would attempt to cheapen a significant, honorable moment of American history with a shameful political stunt,” she added. “Not a single American household or business will be taxed at a higher rate this year. Made to look like a grassroots uprising, this is an Obama bashing party promoted by corporate interests, as well as Republican lobbyists and politicians.”

Dang, put the bong down lady!

They just don’t get it. The rally’s protested Trillions of $
of debt, Pork, earmarks, waist, a congress that passes bills without reading them, bankrupting our future, Red Chinese holding our debt, creating an unsutainable economy, using our money for political pay-offs.
She jus don git it…. and never will.

Looks like the Schakowsky family does not like taxes and lobbyist either, except for her husband. On March 11, 2004, Schakowsky’s husband, lobbyist Robert Creamer, the executive director of the Illinois Public Action Fund, was indicted in federal court on 16 counts of bank fraud involving three alleged check-kiting schemes in the mid-1990s, leading several banks to experience shortfalls of at least $2.3 million. “He is innocent,” Jan Schakowsky said in a statement regarding her husband. In August 2005, Creamer pleaded guilty to one count of failure to collect withholding tax, and bank fraud for writing checks with insufficient funds. Creamer served his five-month incarceration at the Federal Correction Institute in Terre Haute, Indiana and was released on November 3, 2006

Lefties are absolutely unbelievable. Do they ever listen to themselves speak? I think not. Their unreasoned rhetoric certainly points to serious mental illness.

I’m not trying to be mean, and I am not joking here. There are serious mental health issues on the left. Drugs are destroying this nation.
