IsraelENews: Obama Born In Kenya? His Grandmother Says Yes
Someone is lying. According to Obama’s Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate’s past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?
A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?
One explanation is that Obama’s mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama’s father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband’s family because she was white:
“Obama’s family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama’s grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii.”
However, by the time she wanted to leave Kenya, it was during the late stages of her pregnancy. She was not able to board a plane because the airlines wouldn’t allow women so close to birth to fly. It is instead believed, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya as his grandmother apparently stated. Then, after he was born, his mother returned with him to Hawaii where his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8th, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.
There is also a discrepancy in what hospital Barack Hussein Obama was born in, even if he was born in Hawaii. Reports by his own sister in two separate interviews state that he was born at two different hospitals– Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital–in Honolulu.
The Times Herald even reports: “the senator’s grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama’s birth in the African country.” Here, the Times Herald uses the word that his family ‘believe’ he was born in Kenya (perhaps to avoid possible law suits by Obama’s Truth Squad?).

I myself, not wanting to believe what I see, did some searching around, and this is what I came up with:
Obama was born on August 4, 1961, at the Kapiolani Medical Center.
and here it says:
Barack Obama was born at the Queen’s Medical Centeron 4 August 1961.
So which hospital was it, or was he really born in Kenya? And why is this simple matter so confusing and disturbing? Do the search your self and plug in these key words:
Obama born Queen’s Medical Center and then Obama born Kapiolani Medical Center in a Google search. You will see he is reported to be born in two diferent hospitals. A miracle! Maybe he IS the Messiah (grin).
What’s so hard about knowing something so simple as which hospital or country someone was born in? And if it is simple, then why doesn’t Barack Hussein Obama just present the court with his original birth certificate to be analysed and proven? The onus of proof is on him, not the American public of which he wants their trust in him to be their leader.
So, who is lying? Barack? His grandmother? His sister? Someone is.

This is all very interesting, and I supposed it shouldn’t suprise that Obama lies about this (since he lies about everythingelse). But as long as one of Obama’s parents was an American citizen, he is still a “natural born citizen” entitled to run for President under the law. My 6th edition of Black’s Law Dictionary (circa 1990) says:
“Natural born citizen. Persons who are born within the jurisdiction of a national government, i.e., in its territorial limits, or those born of citizens temporarily residing abroad.”
Corsi might or might not be right about Obama, but Jerome Corsi is definitely NOT a trustworthy source. He is an habitual, deliberate liar. See:

His mother should have gone to the US Embassy and registered the birth. She didn’t and the controversy continues. The birth certificate from Hawaii would settle it all.
To Dave Burton; Citizenship law is more complicated than that. If Obama was born in Kenya he can not be POTUS.
I’ve never been so disgusted with the American Elctoral system as I am now. Forget about all the contoversy, throw the electorate out the window, hold a popular vote and the let the chips(horse) fall where they may> Political bickering, lying, and stealing the citizenship blind is about to sink this nation. Our gov’t is as guilty as King George III was when we went to war against him in 1776. “Taxation without representation is tyranny!” God help us all.
I still remember when people use to say that the U.S. would not allow a communist state 90miles away(a lot of people inside the US helped that come about), but now it seems that it won’t be 90miles it will zero miles away.

You’re incorrect. A baby born abroad can only be considered a natural-born US citizen if BOTH of his parents are citizens of the United States, not just one of them.

The problem is that even if he is proven not to be a natural born citizen and therefore inelligible for the presidency, there will be a race riot over this. The left will not accept that he is being turned away over a legitimate issue, they will cry racism, and in their effort to destroy this country, they will incite the African American population to act out. Question is - if Barry wins the election, we’re screwed. If Barry’s proven not to be a citizen and has to step down, we’re screwed. I would love to see him exposed for the liar and Trojan horse that he is, but to what end?
Neither Obama’s parents’ failure to do the proper paperwork, nor his Indonesian stepfather’s possible (mis)representation of Obama to an Indonesial school as an Indonesian citizen would nulify Obama’s status as a natural born American citizen. A person can renounce his OWN citizenship, but his parents cannot do so on his behalf, even if they want to. Berg is an attorney, and he should know that.
What’s more, Berg’s point about Indonesia not recognizing dual citizenship is spurious. It doesn’t matter at all what Indonesia recognizes. It matters only what citizenship the United States recognizes. It is not uncommon for two countries to have different legal positions on the nationality of a person. Indonesia has no authority to invalidate the Constitutionally determined citizenship of an American citizen.
Now, I will admit that Berg’s point about the college records from Occidental, Columbia & Harvard is more interesting. If Obama, at age 18 or later, represented himself as an Indonesian or Kenyan citizen in school documents, then a good case could be made that he has renounced his American citizenship.
Also, the rather obvious slant at factcheck.org was puzzling. Berg’s revelation about that organization’s conflict of interest w/r/t Obama finally explains it.

Clearly, Obama is a fraud. From his birth, to his education, to his being called to live and work in Chicago by convicted felon Tony Rezko, under the auspices of domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. His links to the corrupt Chicago democratic political machine are undeniable. The Nation of Islam calls Obama the “Massiah” (obviously not the Massiah of Judeo/Christian tradition), but apparently, the Muslim Massiah who will bring America to conversion to Islam. Remember, the Koran calls for conversion or death to all “infidels” (that’s any non-Muslim). Massiah or Anti-Christ, Obama is a dangerous man and not fit to be a citizen, let alone President of the once great nation.
Obama is a fraud. The Obama supporters have been brainwashed by a communist; Obama’s mentor was Frank Marshall Davis and Obama writes about Frank in his book saying that they visited in Hawaii; Frank was full of hard earned knowledge and advise; they were like father/son; Obama also wrote that he attended socialist conferences. Frank Davis was a card carrying member of the communist party subservient to the Soviet Union.
If the people of America elect Obama, they are like the Germans in the 30s and 40s and should all suffer the consequences of their actions. They will ruink our country.

For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.”
The parents married in February 1961 when she discovered she was pregnant. She was less than 19 which means that the condition in the paragraph above is not satisfied.
Isn’t is possible to check airline tickets to see when his mom was in Kenya. Are these tickets still around, in a box somewhere? What airlines flew to kenya? That is where I would start looking!
1. How does someone born in 1961 have a laser printed birth certificate when laser printers hadn’t been invented and birth info was typed onto pre-printed forms?
2. If you were applying for a job and the prospective employer wanted to see your birth certificate, would you spend $10 and show him or $800,000 and hide it from him?
First of all, there is a Kenyan Birth Certificate for Obama and it has been submitted as evidence to Judge David O. Carter in California, complete with an affidavit from Lucas Smith, the man who obtained it in Mombassa.
Second, there was a supporting document released yesterday (October 21, 2009) with signatures from Obama’s maternal grandmother, which clearly states “Birthplace: Kenya; Registered Honolulu. HRS 338-17.8 per Grandmother”.

It seems that both of his grandmothers, maternal and paternal, refused to lie on his behalf.
“Audacity of Hypocrisy” does not even begin to cover this greatest of all frauds! Barack Obama’s days in power are numbered. Hopefully he and his administration will not be able to do more harm to this nation than they already have.
