Help stop the killing of babies who survived abortion
Legislation was presented at the federal level and in various states called the Born Alive Infants Protection Act. It stated all live-born babies were guaranteed the same constitutional right to equal protection, whether or not they were wanted.
BAIPA sailed through the U.S. Senate by unanimous vote. Even Sens. Clinton, Kennedy and Kerry agreed a mother’s right to “choose” stopped at her baby’s delivery.
The bill also passed overwhelmingly in the House. NARAL went neutral on it. Abortion enthusiasts publicly agreed that fighting BAIPA would appear extreme. President Bush signed BAIPA into law in 2002.
But in Illinois, the state version of BAIPA repeatedly failed, thanks in large part to then-state Sen. Barack Obama. It only passed in 2005, after Obama left.

Senate Bill 1082, Born Alive Infant Protection Act
Democrats took control of the IL Senate with the 2002 elections. They sent Born Alive to the infamously liberal Health & Human Services Committee, chaired by Barack Obama.
As can be seen on the Actions docket, Obama held Born Alive on March 6, 2003, from even being voted on in committee. It is also important to note from the docket that on March 13, 2003, Obama stopped the senate sponsor from adding the lately discussed clarification paragraph from the federal BAIPA, to make the bills absolutely identical.

With Obama as president, under Universal Health Care, we could expect our children to be forced to take birthcontrol by a school nurse and expelled if they refuse; parents jailed who don’t enforce birthcontrol to children; forced abortion on pregnant teenagers, unemployed or unmarried women, and women at poverty level; forced abortion on pregnant women in jail; promotion of late term abortions for harvesting organs; farming embryos for research and forced (Darwinist)eugenics. Hitlar’s Nazi Doctors did, it; the Chineese communists currently do it!
Any Dr. who would suck out the brains of an infant and crush it’s skull after the lower 90% of the body has been delivered, would have no difficulty experimenting on infants delivered (aborted)live who before birth were considered “previable”.
As someone who works in the medical field, people should know that this type of partial-birth abortion is one of the most horrific of medical procedures. Anyone who says this is a good procedure for mother and baby is sick and doesn’t know what the operation entails.
I am also sick of the Obamabots who say well, this is nothing worse than the soldiers who died in Iraq, what a bunch of sickos these obamaians are.
