THE FACTS: True enough, Obama does not take money from oil companies. No candidate does. It is illegal for corporations to give money to politicians. Corporations, however, do have political action committees that collect voluntary donations from employees and then donate them to candidates. Obama doesn’t take money from PACs. He also doesn’t take money from lobbyists.
But he does accept money from executives and other employees of oil companies and two of his fundraisers are oil company executives. As of Feb. 29, Obama’s presidential campaign had received nearly $214,000 from oil and gas industry employees and their families, according to an analysis by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics. Clinton had received nearly $307,000 from industry workers and their families and Republican Sen. John McCain, the likely GOP presidential nominee, received nearly $394,000, according to the center’s totals.

I hope everyone realizes what an awesome contribution this site is because it is informing people, even the one’s that want to continue in the Opium Haze of Fantasy. Obama is a self-invented circus act. He is like the clown, ready and willing and able to change his nose as the audience changes. He couldn’t care less about ‘his people’ evidenced by his District 11. Anyone, I mean even a homeless Haitian person in Port Au Prince, would be appalled at the conditions of Obama’s own district. Disgraceful poverty, depravity, violence, crime, lack of ultities, safe housing, horrid streets, collapsing bridges, broken down schools, combat cross fire streets. It is a frightening, disgusting, and embarrassing stain on the entire nation and this man, having done absolutely nothing for them, decides it promotion time? What, so you can now wreck the whole country? I mean if you can’t fix your own neighborhodd, in one city, in one state, in the nation, how on EARTH can anyone think you can now handle ALL neighborhoods, in ALL cities, in ALL states, in the ENTIRE NATION?
